Shortly after 1900 hours on Sunday, fire stations 14, 17 and 27 were dispatched to Route 22 East just west of the 25th Street exit for a single vehicle accident with injuries. 1452 (Asst. Chief Hauze) and 2752 (Asst. Chief Carr) arrived on scene with 2752 assuming command. Command report a single vehicle rollover with two injuries, one of which was a trauma alert. 1452 began patient assesment and care. Engine 1411 was first due and was instructed to control hazards and assist with patient care. Rescue 2742 arrived shortly after and also assisted with patient care and debris removal. Both patients were packaged and loaded into Suburban EMS units and transported to area hospitals. Command released Fire 14 and 17 units while Fire 27 waited on scene for several minutes until the tow company removed the vehicle.
