Nancy Run Fire Company was a recipient of the 2011 Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Volunteer Fire Company Grant. The company received a little over $11,000 which was used to purchase the shelter as well as dive equipment. The shelter will be used for firefighter rehab at extended incidents. The shelter is capable of being heated with our propane heating system as well as air conditioned. The tent will be kept on the Special Operations unit which carries the majority of the rehab equipment. Anyone interested in a Fast Shelter can visit their website at www.fastshelter.com.
