| Nancy Run Fire Company received the OK from The EMS Council for QRS (Quick Response Service) certification. Through hard work and dedication, four of the department's vehicles were certified to provide QRS services. After purchasing the needed medical equipment, Director of Firefighter Health and Safety Ryan Hay took on the task of pursuing the certification. The purchase of the equipment and the certification allows the fire company to provide a better service to the Township and it's residents. The firefighters who will be using the equipment and responding are required to have a higher level of medical training like EMT and Paramedic certifications. |
