This past drill night, crews challenged themselves on various different levels involving skills, personal confidence and determination. Crews were timed in completing a search drill where they had to not only find a "victim" but also find pieces of an SCBA then assemble it before rescuing the victim. Crews were then required to breath air while doing up/downs, a serpentine carrying a Cutter's Edge and K-12 saw, carry a section of rolled 3" hose around the outside of the station, shut down sprinklers utilizing wedges, and finally connect and deploy a 200' section of 1 3/4" hose, charge the line and knock down a cone. All crews did an excellent job in performing the tasks in a safe, yet speedy, and efficient manner. Job well done to all who attended drill.
