Stations 14 and 17 were dispatched to a reported commercial structure fire with smoke showing. Upon arrival, 1451 (Chief Hauze) established command and reported smoke showing from front door. Command immediately requested a RIT response from station 23 (West Easton). Engine 1411 arrived on scene and split crews to investigate the smoke condition and to establish a water supply. Interior crews found the back storage room of the store filled with smoke from an unknown source. Upon minor overhaul, the smoke was determined to be refrigerant leaking from the HVAC system. Crews proceeded to use a fan on the roof to extract the smoke and clear the structure. Crews operated for about an hour and a half before going available.
